Administration

 

The Township Administrator is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Township and is responsible to the Township Committee for the proper and efficient administration of the business and administrative governmental operations of the Township. She supervises and directs the administration of all departments, officers, employees and agents of the Township and issues regulations or directives necessary for that purpose unless otherwise provided by law, and as directed by the Township Committee.
The Township Administrator serves as the personnel officer of the Township, assists and advises the Township Committee in the preparation of the Municipal Budget, investigates and reports to the Township Committee information as to the availability of financial and other aid programs from Federal, State and County governments and recommends to the Township Committee such measures as may appear necessary or desirable for the purpose of improving the efficiency and the economy of the Township.
